Planning a Wedding. It was the beginning of 2006. A couple getting ready to get married decided to attend a friend's Wedding and hopefully get some ideas for their Wedding. The Bride and Groom was from The Mainland getting married in Ventnor, so planning their Wedding must of been a challenge?

The couple who attended found themselves dancing the night away to a DJ who they really enjoyed. They made their mental note to get the DJ's information before the evening was over. It was an amazing evening that ended so soon. The night was over when the couple was leaving the hotel when they realized they did not get the information they needed in order to hire this DJ.

Months had passed and knowing that they might not be able to find out who the DJ was for the evening, because the Wedding Party was from Off-Island and getting a hold of them was difficult they made their efforts to find another DJ. The couple asked around and they just so happen to speak to their videographer who recommended another DJ.

The videographer raved about this DJ's style and service, so they decided that this might be the next best thing to what they wanted, so they contacted the DJ via e-mail and inquired about his services. They delayed responding to the DJ's response which they felt good about, but still wanted to find out by chance if they could get a hold of the Bride who hired the DJ that played for her wedding...

Finally a big break! Someone who attended that Wedding as well knew how to get a hold of the Bride... The couple had the cell number of the Bride and made the call to find out how they could hire the DJ they really wanted. The call was made and the Bride answered her phone and reluctantly they asked if she would be able to share some information about the DJ she hired? The first thing the Bride wanted to know was who they were considering? The couple said, "This guy name "Tony So".

The Bride screamed and said that's him! "He is the guy who did my Wedding!" She warned that if they had not hired him already, he is long gone and booked for another Wedding. So, the couple who delayed for weeks to hire this other DJ was hoping that he was still available, but when they called the were informed that he was booked for the dated they wanted.

I guess you can say this story is about not knowing how good you have it until you lose it. We all think there is something better out there, but sometimes you have the best and you just have to believe.

Both the Bride and Videographer recommended the same DJ, but they did not know each other. What were the odds of this happening? Bride from Off Island, Videographer in the Wedding Business, a Couple knowing what they want and having it right before their eyes.
