True love from the very first sight!

In 2005, I met a lady by the name of Stacey Patton working here at the University. I spoke to her on several occasions. We shared some personal things about relationships. Then, she started getting personal and asking more private question regarding my preference for relationships. I thought that was a little odd. So, I asked what her intentions were (thinking maybe she was hitting on me made me feel a little uncomfortable.) But, her reply was that she had the perfect match for me. Her little brother was 32 no children and owned his own business.
I thought too good to be true, he must be a looser if his sister has to find him a woman. So, at the point I reply with not interested.

I was trying to get over a bad relationship, about six months of healing with by. Ready to have that someone special in my life but I kept striking out with the wrong type, or those individuals that had one thing on there mind. No type of commitments. So, on May 23 2006, Stacey told me that it was time I went to lunch with her and she would not take “No” as my answer. So, at 12pm I met her in the front lobby of the building and was told that we were going to lunch with her brother – My first thought was o’brother another man to waste my time.

Upon approaching the vehicle I notice a nice looking man getting out and coming around to the passenger side to open the door. When shutting the door there was a moment when we glazed into one another eyes that felt like hours but it was a matter of seconds and at that moment I knew he was my one and only. (Later finding out that he felt the same thing at the exact moment)

While eating lunch we share a lot of laughs and good conversation. We actually hit it off from the start the tingle and butterfly were among both of us. He asked me out to dinner and we have been together every since. We became best friends before lovers. On July 22nd 2006 he asked me to be his wife. We communicate about everything, we have a strong bond, and both of us still get the butterflies and tingle. Our wedding date is planned for September 29th 2006

Note: I have been waiting for a man like Eric to come into my life. I saw a wedding story and the bride to be. Had made a list of the prefect husband and place it in an envelope and read it later after meeting her future husband. I did the same exact thing in 2004 I wrote down all the qualities that I would like in my future spouse. List explains ERIC in full.
