A One of A Kind Creation

Maples Wedding Cakes will design a one-of-a-kind couture wedding cake to capture the essence of one of the most memorable days of your life. During your consultation you will meet with Jay, our Cake Designer who will personally design and sketch your cake. We are sure you will "fall in love" with our cakes and will walk away knowing that your wedding cake will taste as beautiful as it looks and look as beautiful as it tastes.

Each tier of your wedding cake can be filled with our homemade buttercream frosting and can be torted with many different preserves and jams, such as red raspberry, lemon custard, vanilla, chocolate custard, orange or peach marmalade.

The Day of Your Tasting Appointment

The tasting is your opportunity to learn about Maples Wedding Cakes and how we can make your event a lasting memory. To get the most out of your time with our cake designer, he asks that you come prepared with a budget and your design ideas. Bring photos, magazine clippings, pictures from the web, fabric swatches, or ideas of what type of cake you would like for your special day. Appointments are 30 to 60 minutes depending on size and design of your cake. This is one of a few differences that sets Maples Wedding Cakes apart from other bakers - each of our cakes are original and unique, quite truly a piece of art.

We typically provide our delicious flavors of vanilla, strawberry, lemon, orange dreamsicle and double chocolate at your tasting. If you would like to taste specific flavors, please let us know. We may not be able to fulfill your flavor requests with less than 3 days notice since cakes and fillings are always made fresh and specifically for you.
