ROYAL FLUSH, LLC was started and is owned by three Commercial Location Managers. John Lowe, Nik Mansoor & David Nakata. We realized that production companies and other clients want and need a better product. We know what production companies want from our 25 years combined working in the “Industry”. People want to feel comfortable when using a restroom. They want something that is most of all – clean. They want the VIP treatment. They want spacious, comfortable and private.
We want you to feel at home. We want you to feel that you have received what you paid for. You may be able to find another company who will rent you a restroom – but it will be nowhere near the quality of our restrooms.
Our Product
We rent portable restroom facilities to Production Companies, Office Parties, Private Parties, Weddings, and other events. Each of our Restroom trailers come equipped with a Men’s and Women’s restroom, a sink with soap and fresh water, toilet, paper towels, and trash can.
These units are made by a company in the Midwest. They have put together a fantastic product that we know will impress you. There are lights on the outside of each restroom to let you know when it is occupied or vacant. Each unit has a sturdy, durable platform with two stairs leading up to the door. There are handrails on each side. The interior floor is made of a heavy-duty no-slip rubber. Each unit has air-conditioning or heating for your convenience.
These units are towed to your location and placed where you want them. The dimensions of the trailer are as follows: Height 10 feet, 5 inches Length 16 feet Width 8 feet (without stairs down - traveling) 12 feet (with stairs down – ready to use)
Once the unit has arrived and is placed, it will be completely set-up by the driver. These units have been modified to run on 2 6Volt Marine batteries or A/C outlet power. These units do not need to be plugged into an outlet or water to operate. These units are completely self-sufficient. You are welcome to plug the units into a standard outlet, but it is not necessary. If you rent a unit for an extended period of time - then plugging the unit into a standard outlet is recommended. The batteries can last up to 4 days when fully charged.
We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deliver to just about anywhere in the Southern California area. We hope that you will consider our company when planning your next party, event or production.
