We have many years experience in making kilts fit and hang the way they should. Your kilt is made on our premises in the centre of Inverness, capital of the Highlands of Scotland.

Each kilt is painstakingly hand stitched from an extensive range of tartan cloth originating from Scotland's best mills.

In addition to kilts to fit all ages, shapes and sizes, we can also provide a full range of accessories including sporrans, ties, belts and belt buckles, sgian dubhs and kilt pins and a selection of Scottish-themed gifts. Or if you are looking to hire a kilt for a special occasion such as a wedding or party, we have a comprehensive hire department for adults and children in a broad range of tartans.

We, at Ben Wyvis Kilts, are a small team of kiltmakers with over 70 years combined experience behind us. Quality is the key word here. The kilt is a very individual garment, and making a kilt takes years of training and experience. The 'weight' of the cloth is important in respect of how your garment will hang, and to its durability over the years.

You will always look your best in a truly well-made kilt, this being part of the appeal to every person who puts one on. Each kilt is meticulously handsewn, the only method of hiding the stitching, and taking between 10 - 12 hours to complete.
