Justine Serebrin attended Otis College of Art and Design, where she received her BFA in 2007. Shortly after art school, she completed the Professional Make-Up Program at Cinema Make-Up School. At the end of 2009, Justine finished a formal tattoo apprenticeship at Outer Limits Tattoo Shop under Kari Barba, Erika Moser and Yvonne La.

Justine specializes in free-hand body painting, face painting, airbrush body painting, pregnant belly painting, temporary and permanent custom tattooing. She has created live body painting performances at many special events and galleries in Los Angeles and tailors her art to fit any and all occasions. She has worked with many unique clients such as Warner Brother Records for Metallica, Paul Stanley from the band KISS, TIGI Rockaholic Hair Products, LG Rumer 2 Cellular Phones, the band BIGELF's "Superstar" music video and will be working with Skyline Events and Cirque du Soleil on Premier Night of the show Kooza in San Diego, California on February 24th, 2010.
