Children's Magic

Each show is designed to cater for the needs of the particular age group and venue. Comedy Magic is used to amuse and also to teach the children inter active skills.
Richard qualified to teach, has attended courses on :- Children's Magic, Games, Story Telling and Balloon Modelling.
A Typical Performance
Magic Tricks based on well known stories - Ugly Ducking, Three Bears, Cinderella, etc. for the 2 - 5 year olds.
Ventriloquism, Magic involving audience participation for the 5 - 8 year olds.
Strong Magic, Competitive Games for older children and adults.
To enable a quick rapport to be established, self adhesive name badges are issued. Richard is then able to relate to each child, this helps tone down any unruly behaviour but also encourages shyer members to join in.
Family Audiences.
Richard's speciality - using experience gained at Pontins and other Holiday Camps, he is able to hold the attention of all age ranges.
The Children enjoy seeing their parents become part of the act.
A Small DISCO unit, complete with lights, is also available, suitagle for Dancing, Background music or to enhance Games.
Close Up Magic
Each Show is designed to cater for the needs of the particular group and venue. Comedy Magic is used to amuse and also entertain. Unlike a Television Show the Magic happens directly in the hands of your clients, family and friends, creating a lasting memory.
Close Up / Strolling Magic is ideally suitable for small / medium size groups because of it's intimate nature, everyone present becomes personally involved.
The Magic includes Cards, Coins, Sponge balls, Origami and Mindreading. These are interspersed with observations and anecdotes about magic. Richard is able to integrate magic as necessary, a recent show involved a Family Medieval Murder with guests appearing in appropriate apparel.
Corporate Entertainment
Close Up Magic is also very successfully utilised by many firms to promote their products. Richard is able to devise suitable routines for such occasions. Restaurants use Richard's Magic skill / Table Hopping, giving each group of diners an individual Close up Magic Show.
