Menus

Spitroast’ and BBQ are certainly the most popular choices for outdoor catering in the UK. Delicious crispy crackling, GOGO’s marinade, options of homemade stuffing, salads and desserts make each occasion special... a gastronomic event. Cooked the traditional way in our top of the range machines, you are guaranteed superb quality food, cooked according to health and safety standards.

GOGO’s chefs have roasted wild boar, fish, (Dorado, Kingfish, Barracuda), Chicken, Turkey and a whole hind quarter of beef. Wet smoking food, (i.e. steamed in beer, wine or water), combined with wood chips which flavour the slow cooked food, this is certainly some of the most delicious tasting foods you will ever eat.

The choice of menus on the left is a guide. GOGO’s can do bespoke menus, but we specialise in outdoor catering. Although we are an outdoor catering company, with the exception of BBQ, our machines and ‘Hot-pot’ can be used inside if there’s inclement weather.
